The project aims to define the characteristics and features required to implement the strategy, which achieves the maximum sustainable development, which is to find shelter, health, water, solar energy, education ... and reduce the phenomenon of displacement or annual reverse migration between IDP camps and places of production.
As most of the displaced are the real owners of the land who were displaced by the war, It is their right to permanent residence in their lands, while finding all human services that help them in facing challenges, in addition to the role of societies in helping them.
