This project aims to develop and transform the old postal & telegraph building to become a world-class national library. The library would include books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints, documents, microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, DVDs, Blu-ray Discs, e-books, audiobooks, databases, table games, video games, and other formats. It will also have multiple spaces based on the public's needs, including a social space for interaction and knowledge exchange, a quiet space for contemplation, a maker space for innovation, lecture halls, a space for kids, and a neutral space for public use.
