accountability of the organization includes; financial, technical and people management of the customer team as
well as building solid partnerships with customers on C level.

 Establishment of the OSS BSS organization responsible for Sudan and South Sudan with more than 100
employees and consultants
 Managing OBS CT team Zain Program with full accountability for Engagements and Delivery as a profit
center with financial targets.

 Closing of 2 x CBIO (Ericsson Charging and Billing Solution) major projects for Sudan and South Sudan,
managing solutions, resources and financials according to Ericsson directives
