Graduated in October 1992 from Saint Louis University, Philippines, with B.Sc. in Electrical
Engineering Power, have been leading a portfolio of EPC Project Management & Business
Development in Electrical Grid solution that is covering six emirates in UAE, dealing with Abu
Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority, ADWEA, (TRANSCO, ADDC & AADC) Sharjah Water &
Electricity Authority & Federal Electricity & Water Authority directly and through their several
consultants (Lahmayer, Mott MacDonald, Electricite De France (EDF) etc..).
Managing several projects with a combined value of over $500M. This position requires continuous
interface with Government & Private Developers customers for integration and collaboration of
projects activities and planning with several authorities, internal and external
suppliers/subcontractors and facility schedules. Other responsibilities include: Funds/Baseline
management, Budget, Tendering, cost and schedule performance reporting, financial analysis, and
development of the annual operating plan. Additionally, was involved in the re-structing of Water &
Electricity Department of Abu Dhabi during the transformation to Private Entity with its own P&L,
structuring and bringing to operation Service office of Siemens WL in Qatar, Merging and driving Ge
Grid acquisition of Alstom Grid Business in Middle East and North Africa handling UAE Leading
unit.
