Yasir Abdalgadir is the Executive Investigate Counsel for GE Corporate in the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (MENAT) since December 2016.

He leads and manages government, regulations, and internal investigations that could raise legal or reputational risk for the company in MENAT, he represents GE before enforcement agencies, in public policy discussions relating to enforcement priorities, and at external confrences. Yasir drives measurable efficiencies and cost reduction in investigative matter management, including with regard to budget for external counsel and forensic or discovery-related needs; defines and develops sustainable investigative capabilities and processes, including through training and talent development, provides cross functional support to the compliance function and business teams within all GE businesses in the region to identify emerging issues and risks and define process improvements; he leads training initiatives and spearheads special projects.

From Sep 2011 to Dec 2014, Yasir was the senior legal counsel for the regions of Middle east Turkey  & Pakistan for GE healthcare “GEHC”.Prior to GE, he was attorney at Dentons LLP, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He graduated with Bachelor of law from the university of Pune- India.
