May is a Senior Business Consultant and Product Owner with nearly 20 years of business experience spanning functional business software consulting experience, Oracle ERP projects with primary concentration on Oracle HRMS modules and Incentive Compensation. May has worked heavily on full life cycle implementations of package software as well as extensions and modifications, including the requirements analysis, gap fit analysis, process reengineering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, documentation and production support. She is a self-starter team player and leader with a high level of customer focus and, through working in different industries, she has gained an in- depth knowledge on best business practices and the inter-action/integration of Oracle Modules.

 

 

May has experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.

·       Played a lead role during the company’s implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud modules in R11 and subsequent upgrades to R12 and R13. Currently leading the digital transformation of the Capital Solutions banking platform form a Product perspective

·       Lead Consultant helping customers implement business application software, predominantly Oracle with integrations to third party providers like ADP

·       Implement Oracle Fusion at customers for their Incentive Compensation and Operations/Financials and manage upgrades at others
