ICT Sector Press Release

The ICT Sector has been neglected during the governance of the past regimen. Also, many have a conceptual misunderstanding about this sector and it’s policies, altogether reducing the effectiveness of the services provided to the nation. For this reason, the University of Khartoum Teaching Staff Initiative, the Establishment of ICT Syndicate Initiative, SICTA, as well as the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate have decided to collaborate to establish a separate Ministry for the ICT sector.
