 Setting up procedures for maintaining high standards of quality, reliability, and safety on the site and application in
compliance with the regulatory requirements.
 Spearheading the Quality & HSE department of the division all over the country and consulting to set up a new
Quality department.
 Streamlining activities pertaining to Lean Six Sigma projects, including the improvement process sustainability.
 Establishing and executing the Quality & HSE management systems and developing policies in compliance with
Company and Customers’ quality requirements, and ensure that these are implemented effectively.
