• Extensive experience in managing child protection programming in emergency/non-emergency settings. This includes child rights monitoring (CRM), capacity building, strategic planning, fundraising & proposal writing, program design, project implementation, child safeguarding, and safe programming and monitoring and evaluation.
• In-depth knowledge and over ten years of international working experience in the field of child rights and child protection program management. Demonstrated knowledge and experience to think strategically, analyze complex information and offer creative, practical and effective solutions in key areas of intervention such as child participation, systems strengthening, budget analysis and fundraising.
• Extensive track record of policy influencing with government and civil society and proven ability to build networks with diverse partners in fundraising and pursuit of effective and efficient humanitarian aid and emergencies; including an ability to deal with people at all levels with credibility, tact, and diplomacy and distil large amounts of information for a variety of audiences.
• Committed to Humanitarian principals and values with experience in developing monitoring and accountability mechanisms.
