Dr. Hisham is Sudanese Civil Engineer holding the position of Engineering Advisor at the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development, with an experience of over two decades. In his current position, Dr. Hisham has appraised and is following up multi-disciplinary developmental engineering projects in at least twenty developing countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, covering transport, education, agriculture, and water and sanitation sectors.
