Biography

Hisham Elnour is the academic amanger of the American Discussion club, certified project manager accredited by the Project Management Institute, certified English teacher by Cambridge, a mechanical engineer graduate and a political activist.

The founder of  قم يا عبدالحي initiative that’s targeting social, conceptual and political reforms among young people specifically.
