Plan and manage the day-to-day in-person operations of Student Central, ongoing support to Student Central Staff. Ability to be diplomatic with internal staff, academic faculties, and staff.  Contentiously Implement ways to improve performance based on previous experiences, work ethic and commitment, communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance competing priorities. Assist with issues and implement the appropriate action. Develop and maintain a positive relationship, maintain a safe work environment and promote cooperation between staff in Student Central which assist with staff morale and the services provided to future, current and former students.

Ensure that our team is motivated and engaged and assist in meeting the quality standards of the service delivery provided by Student Central. Provide timely and accurate responses to a wide variety of inquiries from future, current, and former students of Western, parents and family members, Western faculty and administrative staff and outside organizations at the local, national and international level.

Provide guidance and recommendations to the Associate Registrar (Student Central) & Director of Administration. Anticipates and resolve issues as appropriate. Continuously improve our PeopleSoft systems to enhance the relationship between Western’s student system and other university technologies.
