1. Major area of expertise in Business Analysis, Planning & Development, Production Planning, Policies and Procedures, Performance Management and KPIs, reporting and templating & HR Consultancy.

2. Conduct Preliminary Situational Analysis for the Production sector in Sudan (especially agricultural) which resulted in a project called the ”Integrated Farm” which gives 500 million dollars from 1 project in only 10,000 acres as a model to be simply duplicated.

3. In the HR area I’m CHRC ”Certified Human Resources Consultant”, I managed to design a system for Job Evaluation, Salary Review and Grading which is implemented in a big Oil service company in Sudan. Many public sector entities are really needed to be re-instructed and this system can help a lot.

4. With accumulated experience in Oil Sector, I together with a colleague of mine managed to finalize study to design / modify a unit with many features. We get our patent published by WIPO ”World Intellectual Property Organization” on August 2019. Many areas in this sector needs to be improved and I’m ready to contribute.
