KPI’s:
• Annual/Quarterly budget and financial forecasting
• Revenue (B2B,B2C)
• % Variance to Expense Budget
• % Operating Profit
• Month End Cash flow
• Net Profit Margin
• % Overhead Forecast Accuracy
• % Master Data Accuracy (Chart of Accounts)
• Current accounts receivables
• Account Payable/ Receivable’s turnover

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree from accounting, economics or any related filed.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in relevant work experience
• Minimum 2 years in managerial role.

• Excellent in using Microsoft Office.
• Budgeting
• Business performance management
• Business risk management
• Financial acumen
• General accounting
• Ability to maintain high accuracy levels and work quality standards
• Organization, coaching and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Able to think strategically
• Experience in managing people
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced influencing and negotiation skills
• Presentation skills
