هذا عبارة عن بيان إستراتيجي رفيع المستوى من 3 إلى 10 سنوات حول استثمار رأس المال في السودان عبر شراكة متبادلة المنفعة بين حكومة السودان ودرجة رجال الأعمال المحليين والمستثمرين المؤسسيين العالميين.

The strategy lies heavily on mechanisms to attract foreign direct investments (F.D.I)by attracting major institutional investors, banks, funds and transnational companies.

The objectives are to raise $300B – $400B of capital investments to be invested through 14 economic and services sectors in Sudan.

Sudan is endowed with ample non-invested natural resources whereas a huge idle capital exists in USA, Europe, Japan, and Brick Countries.
