إنتاج المواد الخام يعتبر سلاح اقتصادي قوي يمكن من خلاله التحكم في السوق المحول للمنتج الخام لمنتجات أخرى استهلاكية للفرد. قديماً كان المنتج للمادة الخام يتحكم في ذلك عن طريق إنتاج الخام زراعيا ورعوياً ولكن بتطور الصناعات تمت الاستعاضة عن المواد الخام الطبيعية بأخرى صناعية، وفي إتجاه آخر تم توطين المواد الخام في مناطق الإنتاج وسبب ذلك ترب الخام من وطن المنشأ إلى منطقة الإنتاج

وتبعاً لذلك اتجهت الدول لتتحول من دول منتجة للخام لدول منتجة ومصنعة تحويلياً للمادة الخام فيما يسمى بإضافة القيمة للمنتج الخام (Value Addition)، وتحويله لمادة استهلاكية تضيف قيمة اقتصادية للمنتج وكذلك يمكن أن تزيد من نسبة الفئات العاملة والمنتجة

الدراسة الاقتصادية للمشروع تقوم على حساب سعر بيع قنطار القول أو السمسم خام وحساب قيمة القنطار بعد التحويل
يمكن أن يتوسع المشروع بأن تقوم مجموعات الوحدات بزراعة الحبوب بنفسها والاستفادة من هامش ربح الشراء من المنتج

الريع والأرباح

بعد حساب تكاليف الإنتاج والمستهلكات والمدخلات يتم توزيع الأرباح على المشغلين بالإنتاج لضمان تفعيل التحفيز وزيادة الإنتاج

The production of raw materials is a powerful economic advantage through which the market can be controlled by transforming the raw product into other consumer products for individuals. In the past, the producer of raw materials controlled this through agricultural and pastoral raw production, but with the development of industries, the natural raw materials were replaced by industrial ones, and in another direction, the raw materials were localized in the production areas, and the reason for this was the raw soils from the country of origin to the production area.

Accordingly, countries tended to transform from crude-producing countries to transformative producers and manufacturers of raw materials in what is called 'Value Addition' and transforming it into a consumer substance that adds economic value to the product as well as can increase the percentage of working and producing groups.

In this project, we seek to provide project owners with the following:

• Peanut peelers.

• Peanut juicers.

• Sesame Juicers.

Accordingly, this will produce:

• Natural bean oil.

• Natural sesame oil.

• Ambaz.

• Peanut shells.

Product Uses:

• Oils are used for food and other products such as tahini and soap.

• Ambaz is used as fodder for livestock.

• Peanut shells are processed by adding silage to turn into fodder for livestock and poultry.

• Benefiting from oily grain products in adding value to them by converting them to oils and other products.
• Reducing unemployment and increasing employment in production and providing other services such as maintenance and marketing (Service Providers)
• Encouraging local production and developing the agricultural sector by increasing the profits of the manufacturing industry.

Input:

• Four peanut peelers with all the accessories needed.
• Four 4 peanut presses.
• Six sesame juicers.
• Plastic containers for filling oils of different sizes.
• Fuel.
• Raw groundnut and sesame crops in initial quantities.

Project Goals:

• The project aims to employ 70 young men and women at a rate of 5 for each production unit.
• The project targets the peanut and sesame-producing areas.
• The project aims to market products in local markets or factories.

Financial Analysis:

• The financial analysis of the project is based on calculating the selling price of a quintal of raw or raw sesame and calculating the value of a quintal after conversion.
• The project can expand by having groups of units grow the grains themselves and benefit from the profit margin of purchasing the product.

Revenue and Profits:

• After calculating the costs of production, consumables, and inputs, profits are distributed to the operators of production to ensure activating stimulation and increasing production.
• Part of the profits is set aside in the form of a savings and credit fund for the operators to benefit from.

• The cost of the peeler including the generator and cooling drums is 1,700,000 Sudanese pounds (one million seven hundred thousand pounds).

• The cost of the sesame press machine with generator, belts, and cooling drums is 1700,000 Sudanese pounds (One million seven hundred thousand Sudanese pounds).

• The total cost is 3,400,000 Sudanese pounds.
